Store Policies
Shipping
For orders with all products in stock , we ship orders within 1-2 business days.
For orders with back-ordered or pre-ordered items, we ship when your order is complete - if you would like in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please place two different orders.
We ship within Canada via the following options: Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Purolator, and Fed-Ex. When we ship we choose the most cost-effective carrier to ship your order to you. As website shipping quotes are not always 100% accurate we may elect to ship with a different courier with the same price for faster, more reliable delivery.
In order to be able to track orders, we do not ship Letter Mail by Canada Post - it's never fun when a package is unable to be tracked and may get lost.
Shipping options and prices are presented and calculated at checkout.
International Shipping: If you need shipping outside of Canada please contact us directly, we are happy to accommodate you.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days after purchase, on all unopened or defective products, accompanied with original packaging,
labels and receipt. Returns are accepted on unopened notions only, we will not accept any returns on rulers and/or templates and will make sure that items are undamaged at the time of purchase, all fabrics are final sale.
All other products, including products sold at a sale discount, are final sale.
For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered item listings are an opportunity to purchase fabrics/product before their official arrival date. Pre-ordered fabrics are prioritized upon arrival, cut and shipped before being available on the floor.
We suggest ordering Pre-Order fabric/products separately from ready to ship items - if you do order these items together, they will be shipped when the pre-ordered items become available. If you decide afterward you would like your items shipped separately, additional postage will be required.
Block of the Month
Enrolling in a Block Of the Month program is a monthly commitment for the duration of the program
(as described in the BOM description)
Your Credit Card will be billed monthly with the new release of each block-of-the-month until the program completes.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations on Block Of the Month programs.
Class Policy
Thank you for choosing Tulips 'N Quilts for your creative journey! We are excited to have you join our classes and learn new skills. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have established the following store policy regarding class enrollment:
- Registration: by registering for a class, either online or in store you are entering into a contract for participation in that class. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your schedule and availability before enrolling.
- Refunds and In-Store Credits: Please note that once you have enrolled in a class, we are unable to offer refunds or in-store credits in the event that you are unable to attend. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but we are unable to accommodate individual refund requests.
- Waitlist Exception: However, there is one exception to our refund policy. If there is an existing waitlist for the class you enrolled in and we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist, we will gladly provide you with and in-store credit for future use.
- Transferability: Class registration are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend you cannot transfer your enrollment to another person.
- Minimum Class Requirements: Please note that all classes have minimum requirement of participants to cover instructor and staff costs and ensure an enriching learning environment. We will make every effort to meet these requirements and run the class as scheduled. In the event that the minimum class requirement is not met, participants will be notified 1-2 weeks in advance. Only in this instance, a full refund will be issued to those who have already enrolled. We understand that this may be disappointing, but is necessary to maintain the quality and viability for our classes.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we genuinely want to support your passion for creative exploration. We encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible if you find yourself unable to attend a class you have registered for. This will allow us to explore the possibility of filling your spot from the waitlist and providing you with an in-store credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our class enrollment policy. Our goal is to create a warm and inviting community of crafters, and your commitment to our classes contributes to the vibrant and creative atmosphere we strive to maintain.

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email and/or Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only.
